GENTLE
This class has been formulated with self-healing in mind.
It is for all levels of practitioner. Participants are encouraged to stay on the soft edges of the postures, yet there is time given to let
the body receive the asana (posture) deeply. Hatha Yoga has potent medicinal properties physically, mentally and emotionally.
GENTLE POSTURE FLOW
Incorporating the "cush" of a gentle class and the flow of vinyasa,
here's the way to gently take the practice deeper. The Sanskrit word Vinyasa translates to mean postures which are strung together, much like choreography.
MODERATE POSTURE FLOW
This is for yogis of some experience. At the Hadley Yoga Studio we always stay on the gentle side of the practice but this is the class where we build a little more energy with standing postures and more strengthening movements.
