Gentle Yoga
This class has been formulated with self-healing in mind.
It is for all levels of practitioner. Participants are encouraged
to stay on the soft edges of the postures, yet there is time given to let the body receive the asana (posture) deeply.
Hatha Yoga has potent medicinal properties
physically, mentally and emotionally.


All Levels

This class was designed to give time to the study
of asana and pranayama (breath work) but we always
take some time to just play. Appropriate for all levels.

Vinyasa
For yogis of some experience. The Sanskrit word
vinyasa means to string postures together - rather
like a dance. The celebration of Yoga asana.

Gentle Vinyasa
Incorporating the "cush" of a gentle class and the flow of vinyasa,
here's the way to gently take the practice deeper.

Gentle/Therapeutic with Laura Stell
This Gentle Therapeutic Yoga class will emphasize integrating breath and movement, with a focus on freeing the spine, and end with deep relaxation. Different adaptations of postures will be taught to address a variety of structural issues experienced by students in the class. This class is especially appropriate for students seeking a therapeutic style of yoga that addresses structural concerns such as low back pain, or chronic health conditions such as high blood pressure or diabetes. Students with health issues should check with their health care practitioner prior to enrolling in the class.
