New yoga students consistantly express their fears about starting a yoga class. When they get past that fear, there's a world of joyful movement that greets them! This practice isn't about twisting yourself into a pretzel. Yoga is about offering yourself a challenge and noticing what happens when you accept. The results are usually (at a minumum) a deeper connection of the body/mind and a healthier, more joyful body.
