"I felt compelled to write this down after I read your
story about the healing in your body...
Three years ago i could barely walk. For one year, I could
not sleep, get out of bed - I needed help to put my shoes
on. Each move was excruciating. I walked with a limp and
worried that I would end up in a wheelchair. I saw several
doctors; to no avail. I had not practiced yoga for some
time. The doctors told me I could not do anything active -
everything I enjoy. Despite doctor's warnings, I turned to
my yoga practice (big time) - I listened to my body.
Everyday I felt better and stronger. It has been over 3
years since that time and the doctors say, "Keep doing
what your doing!" Now I feel great in my body - when I
don't practice, however, I notice remnants of that pain.
