refrain from wearing essential oils or scented products.

1 class - $120
2 classes - $220
all classes - $300

Seniors:
1 class - $99
2 classes - $176

Students who enroll in the summer series by June 20th receive a gift certificate for a $5 yoga class good for 1 year, which you may gift someone with or use for yourself.

To get maximum benefit from the practice a student must commit to a series of classes at least once a week and practice at home as much as daily.

Private Yoga Classes:

$60 for individual or semi-private, $70 for a group

Sessions may take place at the studio or on location. 90 minutes
